Mariner United Methodist Church is a welcoming Christian congregation serving Spring Hill, Florida, and the greater Hernando County community. Established in the 1970s, Mariner UMC is rooted in the Methodist and Wesleyan tradition, following the biblical teachings and principles championed by John Wesley, founder of the Methodist movement.

The Three General Rules
First Time Visitor
Our campus includes the main sanctuary building and two additional buildings. Sunday services are held in the main sanctuary building, and you can park and be picked up by our parking lot shuttle, or enter at either the portico entrance or the main entrance, which is about 500 ft south of the portico.
We encourage first-time visitors to stop by our Welcome Center to be greeted and receive a small first-time visitor package. After services, we gather in the Narthex for coffee and small snacks, but most importantly, for social interaction with our church family.

Reverend Jeremy Green
Pastor
Pastor Jeremy Green hails from Forest Park, Georgia and a loving family of deep faith. After graduating from Bethune-Cookman University as a religion and philosophy major, he attended Candler School of Theology at Emory University to attain his Master’s of Divinity.
Jeremy began working in the United Methodist church in 2013 as a youth director and has served in the connect as a college chaplain, ministry coordinator, and associate pastor in both the North Georgia and Florida conferences. His spiritual gifts include preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
He and his wife Tiffany enjoy caring for their cats (Tonka Truck, Junie B Jones, and Zora Neal Herston the Cat), exploring book stores, concerts, and getting outside to enjoy nature.
